After a position at Deposit Guaranty National Bank in Jackson, Hines joined Tann, Brown & Russ Co., PLLC in 1980 and became a partner in 1990, working in income tax, financial reporting, insurance claims consulting, forensic accounting and litigation services, and government and non-profit accounting.
