About A. C. Stickel
A. C. Stickel is president and co-founder of The Tax Shelter, which he opened in 1999 after more than a decade of tax, accounting and management experience. A Penn State alumnus and past Pennsylvania board member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, he was Altoona's controller from 2004 to 2016.
