Ever since he started his career at John A. Knutson & Co., PLLP in 1995, Jason has been inspired by the opportunity to do good work for his clients — helping a business improve its financial statements, obtain financing, or save tax dollars. He became partner in 2007 and has served as Managing Partner since 2019, with two prior years of private accounting experience before joining the firm.
Jason has a strong background in construction accounting: as a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), he walks contractors through job costing, overhead costs, and the financial reporting the industry demands. He lives for helping business owners get a better grasp on the financial side of things — understanding the finances is a key to running a successful business.
