About Randall Erdmann
Randy joined John A. Knutson & Co., PLLP in the first week of 2016. Although he went to college to study mechanical engineering, he found himself more intrigued by the challenge his accounting courses provided — and before long realized the apple had not fallen far from the tree: both of his parents are accountants.
At JAK, Randy appreciates the challenges of busy season and works on both attest and tax projects, with expertise in construction, corporate tax, and retirement plans. Before joining the firm, he worked as a finance intern in private industry, gaining insight into yearly budgeting, cost accounting, and monthly account reconciliations — the accounting issues businesses actually face.
Outside busy season he volunteers through his church at Second Harvest Heartland.
